By playing Loop Chomp you agree to these terms. They're short — please actually read them.

1. The game

Loop Chomp is a free browser game with optional purchases. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play it. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the game or its services.

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Virtual coins and items

Coins, shields, characters, arenas, soundtracks and all other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or cashed out for real money or anything of value outside the game — by us or anyone else. The one exception is Arcade Tickets, which can be redeemed for physical prizes under the rules in section 3a.
Purchases of coins or items are final. Refunds are provided only where required by law.
We may adjust prices, balancing, availability or the mechanics of virtual items to keep the game healthy.

3. Wager mode

Wager mode lets you stake virtual coins on a luck-based run. It uses only the game's virtual currency, which cannot be purchased back into money, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn. It is an entertainment feature, not gambling for real money or prizes. Coins staked and lost in wager mode are not refundable. The game shows you the odds-relevant warnings before every wager — read them.

3a. Arcade Tickets and prizes

Arcade Tickets are a separate reward unit earned only through play: completing qualified runs, placing on the qualified-runs leaderboard, and reaching lifetime play milestones. Tickets cannot be purchased, traded, transferred, or won in wager mode, and no purchase improves ticket earning. Rewards are redeemed at fixed ticket prices — redemption is never a raffle, drawing, or game of chance. Physical prizes require a linked email address (for account recovery and shipping contact), are shipped free where we can reasonably ship, and may be substituted with an item of similar value if unavailable. Fair play is a condition of every prize. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that tickets or leaderboard placement were obtained by gaming the system in any way — including automated or scripted play, exploiting bugs, tampering with the client or network traffic, falsifying run data, or using multiple accounts — the associated tickets and any pending or claimed prizes are forfeited, we may decline to ship or fulfill any redemption, and the account may be suspended or excluded from future prize programs. If you find a bug, report it to support@loopchomp.com instead of using it — we've been known to say thanks with coins. We may adjust earn rates, prices, or the catalog prospectively. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Accounts

An anonymous account is created automatically to sync progress. You may optionally link an email. You're responsible for the security of your linked email. If you don't link one and lose access to your device or clear your browser, progress and purchases attached to that anonymous account may be unrecoverable — the game will remind you of this after purchases.

5. Leaderboards and fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, use automation, or abuse other players via display names. We may remove entries, reset progress, or suspend accounts that violate this — at our discretion, without notice.

6. Availability

The game and its online services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We are not liable for lost progress, virtual items, or downtime, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued play after changes means acceptance.

We may award promotional coins (for example, daily or weekly leaderboard prizes). Like all coins, promotional coins are virtual, have no cash value, and prize amounts, criteria, or the program itself may change or end at any time.
