Delete your Loop Chomp account

Loop Chomp is made by Atlas Ai Solutions. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the game or by email. You don't need to reinstall anything.

Option 1: in the game (instant)

Open Loop Chomp (the iPhone app, the Android app, or loopchomp.com).
Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and the game starts over as a new guest.

Option 2: by email

Email ryan@loopchomp.com with the subject "Delete my Loop Chomp account". Send it from the email linked to your account, or include your board name. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

Want something removed without losing your progress? Email ryan@loopchomp.com with the subject "Delete some of my Loop Chomp data". Send it from the email linked to your account, or include your board name, and tell us what to remove. For example:

Your linked email (your progress stays on this device as a guest account)
Your board name and your leaderboard entries
Feedback messages or name reports you sent
Your play history

We remove it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account (the anonymous ID and, if you linked one, your email)
Your saved progress: coins, unlocks, characters, levels, streaks and settings
Your board name and every leaderboard entry, medal, duel and reaction tied to you
Your play history and Arcade Ticket balance

What is kept, and why

Anonymous gameplay events (for example "a run ended at 40 seconds"). They are unlinked from you, so they no longer identify anyone. They keep our play counts accurate.
Fair-play records (a short list of accounts excluded from prizes for cheating). Kept to prevent fraud.
Payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe) or by Apple or Google, kept by them as the law requires.

Deleting your account doesn't refund purchases. Items you bought are tied to the account and are deleted with it.
